C-24.2, r. 27 - Regulation respecting fees exigible under the Highway Safety Code and the return of confiscated objects

12. Upon payment of a $25.40 fee, the Société shall return to its owner an object confiscated or taken, if the owner files an application therefor in writing within 90 days of the date on which the object was confiscated or taken, and if he
(1)  produces a final judgment of acquittal in respect of a charge relating to that object, or produces a document attesting that the charge has been withdrawn; or
(2)  resides outside Québec and proves that the object confiscated or taken may be lawfully used in his place of residence.

12. Upon payment of a $24.70 fee, the Société shall return to its owner an object confiscated or taken, if the owner files an application therefor in writing within 90 days of the date on which the object was confiscated or taken, and if he
(1)  produces a final judgment of acquittal in respect of a charge relating to that object, or produces a document attesting that the charge has been withdrawn; or
(2)  resides outside Québec and proves that the object confiscated or taken may be lawfully used in his place of residence.
